Alive Outside originally opened it's doors as Miles Bike Shop back in 1980 with about 1000 square feet.

 In September 1982, in order to meet our customer demands, we added additional inventory and product lines, moving into an approximately 2100 square foot facility out on West "A" Street.

In 1992, an additional 1500 square feet was added to our West "A" location to allow for a new fitness and exercise product line. We never thought that it would be only 4 years later that we would have out grown that location again.

In 1996, we built and moved to our current location at 601 South Jeffers. Our facility is approximately 5800 square feet. This new location gives greater accessibility to our local and out of town customers.
